  I pre-ordered a couple items a couple months ago and never revived a call. so one day I go in and ask about my product they said it was on the shelves which are for anyone things off. Then I was asked to wait for four other customers to complete their transactions. Finally I got fed up and just cancelled my orders and left, I was told it was a miscommunication between store leaders. This case is obviously poor communication between the store leaders and the customer for I did not receive the phone call I was told I would receive. The gamestop is fine for a quick stop but I would not recommend it as a home store.

  I visit this GameStop a lot and I've never had a bad encounter with any employee at this store. I'm usually greeted right away unless they are busy with other customers. I'm usually asked if I need help or looking for a particular item. Joe, an employee here is an awesome dude. Not only has he gone above and beyond to assist me he will often chat about game related products or games that we both share in interest in. For that reason I enjoy stopping in even if it's just to browse their selection.

  I like the floor plan of this GameStop. I don’t feel like I’m being bombarded with ThinkGeek merch as soon as I walk in. I didn’t make a purchase but the staff member was helpful and knowledgeable. As far as what this location has in stock, it’s pretty standard. New and used games, apparel and collectibles. I didn’t see any retro games for consoles like SNES or N64.

  Bad service bad service but not everyone just Joe the shift supervisor about 3 weeks ago was cocky arrogant and when I asked for his DM name he claims he’s not allowed to give out even an initial lol little did he know I already knew it was Rene and I the. Ask for a call back of course he never gave her the message. I understand how much a bad review can’t hurt any business being a small business owner myself that is why I want to stress IT NOT THIS GAMESTOP ITS ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE NAMED JOE. But that was enough to get me to leave my 1st bad review ever on google and to make sure my business will no longer spend the $10,000 annually that we do with GameStop again so maybe when Renee. Sees that and since she works on a bonus level therefore my 10k a year will hit her where it counts then maybe I’ll be worth a min of her time also But Amanda who works there she’s amazing I should say both Amanda‘s are amazing for that matter and keep in mind they make less money in our than Joe does so if anyone would have a legitimate gripe to be rude it should be them over the person making more money also due to the fact that he got the title of leader and just because someone knows specific details of a product in which they sell that does not mean they have the character build up to be a leader the funny part is I remember seeing Joey since the first day he got hired this arrogance was never there before he got a title so Joe you get two stars my friend the rest of you guys you’re still five stars in my book and that is why I left a three star review I took the Average of the overall score with everyone who I have dealt with and this boy Joe sucking luckily for him the supporting cast is that good he doesn’t bring them down that much
