  Sales person and manager were very helpful with decisions about types and styles of carpet for our recent renovations. The installers were first rate - not simply professional with their work, but also a pleasure to have in the house. When there was a problem with some of the carpet color match, the manager went to bat for us and got the problem resolved. We have purchased several items from the store and highly recommend it.

  Moving from out of state, it's hard to figure out who to call when you need help. Our realtor recommended we explore Lomax to find some options to refresh our new home. While their showroom in Exton is not the biggest, it is packed with possibilities. They have access to other stores & many catalogs, and had no problem getting us the flooring we needed. Ramzi came out to measure our home and worked with Lou, our salesman, who showed us many options. In the end, we got the exact flooring we wanted and installed when it was convenient for us. Once the project was complete, the crew cleaned up and left us their card if any issues popped up. I even received a thank you card from Lou. We appreciate the personal service. The administrative staff also deserves kudos for promptly fielding my numerous calls and questions. Thank you to everyone. We highly recommend Lomax to anyone.
