  I really wanted to like this place for how close it is and how they were able to fit me into their schedule. I paid $118 to have my bridesmaids dress hemmed at the bottom and brought in at the sides. When I returned two weeks later the dress barley fit on me- they made adjustments and I was told to come back the following day. After doing that I told them it was still tight, I was told that it looked great- it's probably too tight because it's humid outside and not to eat any salty foods until the event. When I went to pay I was asked if I was "sure I didn't want it altered any more" at that point I was just mind boggled that I'm spending all this money to come in with a dress that was too big and now completely too small. I told her "I guess as long as I can squeeze into the dress" and again was told that it was too tight because it was humid. Seriously mind boggling to know a customers dissatisfaction and to do nothing about it.

  I went here to have a few tricky alterations for a bridesmaid dress. It was a very formal gown with lots of detail. They did an amazing job with the detail and it fit perfectly!
