  Worst experience I've ever had with this store happened a few weeks ago. Went in simply to add a line and get a phone and were assisted right away... 2 hours later walked out with what we went in for and a "free" tablet. I use quotations marks because they do give you a $6 month bill credit for the tablet itself. What they very vaguely explain is the other charges you will acquire for the tablet. Upwards of $60 for taxes, shipping, and fees. $10 month charge for the added line for the tablet. And just when you think $10 isn't so bad for a tablet you can use on the network, you realize on your next bill that you only get 2 GB of high-speed data before they throttle you, even though the plan is supposed to be unlimited everything. Only to be told they can give you unlimited data on the tablet for more money of course. I've been with T-Mobile for over 4 years and have always referred people to them. However, I would now highly suggest not going to this store and going elsewhere.
